Is this like Ahrefs, Semrush or Moz?
It does the same everyday jobs: keyword research, rank tracking, backlinks and site audits. The big suites have larger link databases and many more niche reports. SEO Sauna is for people who want the essentials in one place at a flat monthly price, with their own Google data next to it.
Can I use it from my own AI assistant?
Yes. SEO Sauna has an MCP server, so Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and other MCP clients can run keyword, ranking, backlink and audit lookups for you and read the results. It uses the same credits as the app.
Are AI visibility results the same every time?
No, and that is normal. AI assistants can answer the same question differently each time it is asked. That is why SEO Sauna repeats your prompts on a schedule and shows trends and mention rates over time, not a single answer.
What are data credits?
Credits pay for the live search and AI data behind keyword, ranking, backlink and AI visibility lookups. Your plan includes 17,000 credits (worth 17 €) every month, and you can top up anytime if you run hot. Reading your own Search Console and Analytics data never uses credits.
What happens if I use up my credits?
Nothing breaks. Lookups that need fresh data pause until you top up or your monthly credits renew.
Do you store my Google data?
We only read the properties you choose to connect, read-only, to show you your own reports. You can disconnect at any time. Details are in the privacy policy.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Billing is monthly and you can cancel whenever you like. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid month.
Why a sauna?
